In my tailored work with organisations, I work with clients to build confidence and resilience and support individuals in growing their careers, developing their leadership style, or settling into a new role.
In exploring your leadership style (how you can use your skills and strengths to motivate and bring out the best in those in your team or organisation) using the Resilient Leaders Development Programme, in conjunction with 1:1 coaching sessions, I am able to tailor a programme that supports you in highlighting your strengths and areas for development as a leader.
As a career coach, I have cross-sector experience both within the UK and internationally. My professional career began with the military in 2000 and has developed within subsequent roles that have included career support at the University of Oxford Careers Service, transition support and advice to service leavers, and coaching to deepen organisational and individual development.
I am fascinated by what motivates people, the relationships they form and supporting them to uncover their professional or personal ‘why’. I am passionate about empowering individuals to identify their strengths and motivations, and focus on creating a strategy that takes them forward to achieve their career goals.
I trained with In Good Company Ltd for the Diploma in Effective Coaching & Mentoring which is accredited with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC), International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM). I offer C-Me Behaviour Profiling and I am a Resilient Leaders Elements accredited consultant.

My Approach
My role as your coach is to provide support distinct from any other. I will focus solely on your situation with the kind of attention and commitment that you rarely experience elsewhere.
A coaching relationship is like no other, simply because of its combination of objective detachment and commitment to the goal(s) of the individual. I will listen to you, with a genuine curiosity to understand who you are, what you think and generally how you experience the world.
I have an energetic, intuitive and fun approach to coaching which enables me to quickly establish a positive rapport with individuals, leading to lasting, impactful results.
During our conversations, I will gently challenge you and encourage you to overcome obstacles and get into action. As the relationship is based on trust and openness, the contents of our discussions will be confidential.
